Timeframes: Fairytale Weddings Invitations needs up to 4 weeks once all your information has been received to make up packages. Most couples like to have their invitations sent out 1 month before their wedding date. These requirements need to be taken into account when giving the date when your package is required. Also delivery times are the sole liability of the customer and we advise that allowances be made for unexpected delays when ordering.
Order cancellations will only be excepted within 24hrs of an order being placed.
Shipping Information: An invoice will be sent within 48hrs of the company receiving the order form with the total of ordered items and shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on total weight of order using Australia Post database. Shipping will be charged according to the products ordered. Urgent delivery can be requested by Express Post and will be charged accordingly.
Once we have sent package by Australia Post we cannot always guarantee delivery times.
- Regular Post- 2 plus working days depending on destination.
- Express Post- 1-2 working days depending on destination.
For large deliveries to Wollongong and Sydney areas we use a courier company
for same day delivery. In Rural and regional areas in Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office in the Principal township. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. Check with your local P.O
Damages and Mistakes: All samples and invitation packages are packaged to avoid damage. Damaged goods can be exchanged within 7 days after being received by customer. Prior authorisation is needed to return damaged goods and all postage and handling on returned orders will be at the expense of the customer. We cannot be liable for any damage or charges caused by a third party for loss, delays or damages. Urgent delivery can be requested by Express Post and will be charged accordingly. Products which are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. No refunds are given on printed handmade stationary. Fairytale Wedding Invitations is extremely careful to make sure that all orders are correct when they are sent. In the event that a mistake has been made by the company they need to be reported within 7 days so that mistakes can be rectified quickly at our expense. If a mistake made by the customer is found after the proofing process it is at the customer's expense.
Pricing: Fairytale Wedding Invitations reserves the right to change the prices of packages at anytime. Sample prices will be refunded not including postage and handling once an order over $200 has been placed. If the customer chooses to order more than the one Invitation sample from different packages then only the one chosen for the order over $200 (not including postage) will be refunded.
Service: Once Fairytale Weddings has received formats and font choice a proof will be e-mailed or faxed to you. The company then needs signed approval sent or faxed to start printing. The signatures which appear on faxed documents are legally binding.
All orders are subject to stock availability. You will be informed straight away if there are any delays or problems with stock. You then have the option to cancel your order or wait for stock to come in.
Due to the fact that Fairytale Wedding Invitations are handmade there maybe differences between items, colours, and finishes.
